Job Descriptions:
Immediate requirement:- Architects with experience of at least 3-8 years, especially in Large scale Infrastructure projects, good knowledge of Softwares , working drawings and team work approach
Desired Skills:
- Own and drive the Architectural and Engineering plans of the projects
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans.
- Work with Architect firms in detailing the plans
- Track design progress within the established framework
- Drive periodic reviews with the Consultants on design, schemes, reports etc.
- Review BoQs, Specifications and drawings issued by Consultant to confirm compliance
- Drive execution of the project as per the finalised architectural plan
- Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets
Sr. Creative Director - 2 Posts
Job Descriptions:
o work with design team for the project designing & detailing of master plan & layout plans based on concept design. Coordinate with municipal architects to get necessary approvals before & during the construction schedule. To coordinate & interact with project construction / execution teams to ensure Quality and timelines as established by the management. Should have worked with leading developers in Real Estate Industry and experience in managing large scale residential projects.Core Competencies:

- Collaborate with the real estate development team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct site visits and assess properties to determine their potential, limitations, and design possibilities.
- Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts that align with the target market and project goals.

- Create 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders, including clients, investors, and management.
